But this is a self-catering holiday, so let's talk about the kitchen. This isn't just any kitchen; it’s an industrial-strength dining command center that with a bit of planning and discipline will enable you to efficiently produce a huge volume of food.
Forget about having a mere fridge… here there is walk-in chambre froid, or cold room with instant access doors for the copious chilled drinks. Our large commercial grade multiple ovens and gas hob are a godsend when you're cooking for a crowd, as are the two sinks for efficient rinsing before letting the professional dish and glass washing machines do the rest. And whilst on the subject of dishes, there’s a full inventory of cookware, crockery, and cutlery. There's nothing worse than finding you only have six plates for twelve people so rest assured our kitchen is fully equipped in every way for large groups.

With a large group arriving at different times organising the supermarket run is never easy and never fun (espcially on a Saturday with most of France closed on the Sunday), so let us take the strain and have all your produce and drinks ready and chilled for your stay. Using our wholesale contacts on the Cote d'Azur we can provide restaurant quality food and drink at supermarket prices, all delivered and stored away in the cold room ready for your arrival.
The quality really is very good, and the meat and wine are especially good value. We have a large list of produce in an excel spreadsheet - simply input the number of items you'd like and the file will give you a running total.
