You can faintly hear the Cipières clock tower bell from Le Foulon.
Since we took this photo of the main square at Cipières it has been paved in stone which is so much prettier than this old tarmac.
Cipières is hardly busy at the best of times, but in the heat of a summer afternoon the only thing moving is the breeze.
